Processing Time

Shipping Method & Rates

​

We offer flat-rate Standard Shipping, with rates determined by your delivery location (not by item weight). Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout but may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

International Orders (Including U.S.)

​

Starting August 29, 2025, the United States will eliminate the $800 duty-free threshold, meaning all U.S. shipments may now be subject to duties, taxes, and courier fees, billed directly by the shipping carrier. Customers outside the U.S. are also responsible for any customs duties or import fees applied upon delivery.

 

 

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email (please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update).

Lost, Stolen, or Missed Deliveries

​

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages once they have been handed to the shipping carrier. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order to avoid any delays or misdeliveries.

If a delivery is missed due to the recipient being unavailable or not picking up the package from the carrier’s location, it is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate redelivery or pickup with the shipping provider.

While we cannot be held liable for incorrectly entered addresses or unclaimed packages, we’re happy to provide documentation or assistance if needed.
