Yes! We do offer rush processing. However, expedited shipping is currently available only within Canada. Contact us at ljkcustom@hotmail.com to arrange this option.

Are there any customs or duty fees?

If you're ordering outside of Canada, you may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or courier fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by us.

My parcel is being returned - what should I do?

Customers in Canada or the U.S: Please contact us at ljkcustom@hotmail.com for assistance. If your parcel was returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment and retrieval fees will apply.

International Customers: Unfortunately, returned international parcels are typically disposed of by the shipping facility, and we’re unable to recover or reship them. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
